Bio


Geri is a Yoga teacher based in London, originally from France. She has had a deep fascination with spirituality from a young age. When she discovered yoga, it transformed her perspective on life, presenting her with a new way of thinking. Geri is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experiences, guiding others on their own spiritual journeys through the practice of yoga.

Her main goal is for her students to discover the incredible benefits of the practice. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Geri's classes cater to all levels. She provides variations and modifications to ensure that everyone can find their own unique flow and experience the joys of this ancient discipline.

Yin Yoga classes


Wednesday and Friday 12pm 45 minutes


Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercise very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular(yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. In my class we will start with pranayama or guided meditation to help you centre and prepare you for the practice.


Vinyasa flow class


Friday 8am 60 mins


Experience the transformative practice of Vinyasa flow, a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. You will be guided through pranayama techniques to control the life force energy, meditation to calm and focus the mind, and sequences suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Join me on the mat and let your breath guide you towards a deeper connection to self.
